This is a copy of a page on the Official Light Language website titled, 'From Starr'.  It was reading these paragraphs that sparked in me the memory of Light Language and the knowledge that I would again be working with Light in this way....I happened upon them again today and had to share them here!!

Most therapies and techniques work with removing the block or clearing the perception of the experiences to release them from our lower bodies. I strongly believe that if we change what is in the higher bodies, the lower bodies will change to resonate with the energies that are coming from above.

It is time to expand our horizons and enhance our present knowledge to reveal our connection with light. The need to shine light into our minds, and for us to envelope ourselves in this light is more and more pressing each day. This understanding is humanity’s part in the unified energy of the universe.Light is the free flowing knowledge that contains the sacred principles and all information of life.

 The light workers are the advanced wave of beings that will bridge the gap of time and space. By knowing thought in its true form, it is an easy step to decoding all the information of time and space. As LIGHT WORKERS accumulate knowledge of their own light they become the teachers of humanity.  The stronger our interaction with light, the closer we are to understanding the imprint of the universe upon our spiritual evolution.

In the various human creations we can see the inspiration of spirit {enlightenment} with the hard senses in inventions, art and music. There is no denying that the lighter senses have played a part in the creativity being expressed.  Each of us is like a radio receiving all the light waves. It is time that we examined in detail exactly what we are amplifying and broadcasting into time and space. As well, it is necessary to examine the choice of channels of thought as we broadcast them into our reality. With understanding of our own personal music and the music of light in others, we will be able to recognize new music from the worlds of the lighter senses.

We are like radios, with an infinite amount of channels available.   As we become familiar with what the lower AM channels have to offer, we seek more clarity. To be able to receive more clarity we must reach out to new frequencies. When we fine tune ourselves to light, we will be adding the FM band to the channels we can work with. {I want you to be aware that the FM is always broadcasting whether your receiver is tuned to it or not.}

Working with light is creating a change in the basic evolvement of the spiritual person. This change is taking place right now as we move from using our heavy senses into using our light senses. This will bring us in connection with the flow of life and our connection to the source. We are not simply physical plane bodies. We must learn and experience our light bodies, thereby surpassing the limitations imposed upon us by dwelling in the heavy senses.

is in the knowledge of the frequencies of light that we will find out with what we are in harmony. By expanding the number of frequencies, we will multiply the access to the choices that are available to us as we spiritually expand.We have been searching for centuries for our part in the whole. When an individual has reached a thorough understanding of the light language, they will understand what part they play in universal consciousness. After acquiring the understanding, there are an infinite number of possibilities of light and unimaginable quantities of directions to pursue.

Within the grasp of light language lies the force that creates our light bodies. Understanding the light will give us the keys that will open the doors to cellular healing and vitalization of the very atoms that create our bodies. Enfolded in the light language are the states of consciousness that trigger the light senses into micro senses as well as macro senses. The micro senses will examine the very energies of the cells and the macro sense will examine the energies of the galaxies.

It is knowledge that gives us the choices of what to tune to with our energies. To expand our consciousness, we must be aware of the full spectrum of our radio’s capability. The only step that needs to be taken right now is to spread the knowledge that a FM band exists so that all of the light workers may tune into it.

In the great river of light that flows through us from all parts of life and the universe are the answers to all the questions that we can consciously ask. The understanding of light will rocket humanity into a new era where the chains that keep the light body bound to the limits of the physical body and the heavier senses will be flung away. A new freedom based in light will provide the force that will connect time and space.

Soon after we explore the limits of the FM band, we will move on, as we did in the physical world. We will be opening up the light to a point where pictures of light language will be in the homes, where we are a type of TV, projecting and receiving the “pictures” or common messages

Since we have practically completed our spiritual evolution in the throat chakra, the methods and complexity of communications in the heavy senses have almost run their course. The knowledge that our spiritual evolution is progressing into the third eye chakra where the light senses rule and dominate suggests that the progress in human spiritual evolution will accelerate based on progress made with light. 

Our present history shows that most progress has been made in the communication areas with the healing areas still growing strong. As the heart and the throat have overlapped, so will the knowledge activated by the throat and the third eye chakras.

The forerunners of the light work will need to explore as many options and possibilities as are available. We already have the information at hand and it is being ignored.

 In the core of the tribes is information and knowledge that has been handed down for generations. As the tribes, in the last twenty years, have been willing to open their sacred lessons to the people of the light, we can respond by opening our minds to teachings that they have gifted us.

In the intimate structure of an atom we discovered a small burst of energy that we enhanced into a force so powerful that it can destroy the world. In the intimate teachings of the tribe, we have discovered tools that will give us the comprehension of light that will enable us to explore and know our inner and outer galaxies.

Schumann Resonance Geometric Chakra Tuning

The Schumann Resonance Geometric Chakra Tuning video is a short, 3 1/2 minute exercise to transmit the geometry of the Schumman Resonance into the auric field by tuning each physical chakra to the 'heartbeat' of Gaia, the spinning Great Icosahedron begins with Red for the Root Chakra, and moves up through the physical chakras to the crown.

Breathe deeply and focus on each pysical energy center as the color of the Great Icosahedron changes, the exercise tunes our physical and etheric bodies to each other and to the vibrations of Gaia, and is especially important during this time of Solar activity, as SunSpots are inherently linked to the Schumman Resonances, which research has proven to be inherently linked to our consciousness and physical well-being.

The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. (wikipedia)

Earth's background base frequency, or "heartbeat" are the Schumann's resonances.

The electromagnetic field around the Earth can be viewed as a stiff jelly. When our bodies move and vibrate, these movements are transmitted to the environment, and vice versa. These fields not only impinge on our bodies, they also affect the charges inside our bodies. When we are standing on the ground, under normal conditions, we are grounded. Our body then acts as a sink for the electrostatic field and actually distorts the force-lines somewhat. The human body also has its own electrostatic field about itself.

These field lines are the result of the various biochemical reactions in the body. This resultant bio-field couples us to the iso-electric field of the planet (Miller & Miller, 1981).

ELF frequencies of Schumann's Resonance are intimately linked with those of human brainwaves. In particular, it could lead to changes in patterns and frequencies of resonance and resulting phenomena such as homeostasis, REM, psi, and healing.(1)

Resonance occurs when the natural vibration frequency of a body is greatly amplified by vibrations at the same frequency from another body.

Oscillators alter the environment in a periodic manner. Thus, standing waves in the body, whether during meditation/relaxation or not, can be driven by a larger signal. Progressively amplified wave-forms, created by resonance, result in large oscillations entraining other circuits in the body tuned to those frequencies. A hierarchy of frequencies thus couples our psychophysical selves to the harmonic frequency of the electrical charge of the Earth, which naturally pulses at the same frequencies. This is hardly a coincidence....(1)

A "tuned system" consists of at least two oscillators of identical resonant frequencies. If one oscillator starts emitting, the other will be activated by the signal very shortly, in the process of resonance, entrainment or kindling (igniting the resonance phenomenon among the neurons). It becomes obvious that in deep meditation, when waves of alpha and theta rhythms cascade across the entire brain, a resonance is possible between the human being and the planet. Energy and information which are embedded in a field are transferred. Perhaps the planet communicates with us in this primal language of frequencies. (1)

The Great Icosahedron is the geometrical manifestation of the Schumman Resonance. The Great Icosahedron tunes the body to the resonance of the Planet Earth, connecting us to Gaia. Bringing in Higher Vibrations, the Great Icosahedron attunes us, bringing logic and creativity together, its edges, vertices and faces start the signals for change, combining power, light and healing to assist us in becoming One with the Whole.

The vagus nerve is a bundle of nerves that originates in the top of the spinal cord. It activates different organs throughout the body (such as the heart, lungs, liver and digestive organs). When active, it is likely to produce that feeling of warm expansion in the chest—for example, when we are moved by someone’s goodness or when we appreciate a beautiful piece of music.

 Neuroscientist Stephen W. Porges of the University of Illinois at Chicago long ago argued that the vagus nerve is [the nerve of compassion] (of course, it serves many other functions as well). Several reasons justify this claim. The vagus nerve is thought to stimulate certain muscles in the vocal chamber, enabling communication. It reduces heart rate. Very new science suggests that it may be closely connected to receptor networks for oxytocin, a neurotransmitter involved in trust and maternal bonding.

Our research and that of other scientists suggest that activation of the vagus nerve is associated with feelings of caretaking and the ethical intuition that humans from different social groups (even adversarial ones) share a common humanity. People who have high vagus nerve activation in a resting state, we have found, are prone to feeling emotions that promote altruism—compassion, gratitude, love and happiness.
 Arizona State University psychologist Nancy Eisenberg has found that children with high-baseline vagus nerve activity are more cooperative and likely to give. This area of study is the beginning of a fascinating new argument about altruism: that a branch of our nervous system evolved to support such behavior.


Your body's levels of stress hormones are regulated by the autonomic nervous system (ANS) [3]. The ANS has two components that balance each other, the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS).

The SNS turns up your nervous system. It helps us handle what we perceive to be emergencies and is in charge of the flight-or-fight response.The PNS turns down the nervous system and helps us to be calm. It promotes relaxation, rest, sleep, and drowsiness by slowing our heart rate, slowing our breathing, constricts the pupils of our eyes, increases the production of saliva in our mouth, and so forth.
The vagus nerve is the nerve that comes from the brain and controls the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls your relaxation response.  And this nervous system uses the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.  If your brain cannot communicate with your diaphragm via the release of acetylcholine from the vagus nerve (for example, impaired by botulinum toxin), then you will stop breathing and die[6].
Acetylcholine is responsible for learning and memory.  It is also calming and relaxing, which is used by vagus nerve to send messages of peace and relaxation throughout your body.  New research has found that acetylcholine is a major brake on inflammation in the body [4].  In other words, stimulating your vagus nerve sends acetylcholine throughout your body, not only relaxing you but also turning down the fires of inflammation which is related to the negative effects from stress[1].
Exciting new research has also linked the vagus nerve to improved neurogenesis, increased BDNF output (brain-derived neurotrophic factor is like super fertilizer for your brain cells) and repair of brain tissue, and to actual regeneration throughout the body.


As you get older, your immune system produces more
inflammatory molecules, and your nervous system turns on the
stress response, promoting system breakdown and aging.

That’s not just talk. It’s backed by scientific studies.

For example, Kevin Tracey, the director of the Feinstein
Institute for Medical Research, discovered how the brain
controls the immune system through a direct nerve-based

He describes this as the inflammatory reflex (i). Simply put,
it is the way the immune system responds to the mind.

Let me explain.

You immune system is controlled by a nerve call the vagus

But this isn’t just any nerve.

It is the most important nerve coming from the brain and
travels to all the major organs.

And you can activate this nerve — through relaxation,
meditation, and other ancient practices, such as the Mayan system of Light Language,
combined with Vagus Nerve Activation Techniques given recently by the Group & Steve Rother,
the Vagus Nerve can be activated and worked with energetically through geometry, frequency,
color, and light.

What’s the benefit of that?

Well, by activating the vagus nerve, you can control your
immune cells, reduce inflammation, and even prevent disease
and aging!

It’s true. By creating positive brain states — as
meditation masters have done for centuries — you can switch
on the vagus nerve and control inflammation.

You can actually control your gene function by this method.
Activate the vagus nerve, and you can switch on the genes
that help control inflammation.
Inflammation is one of the central factors
of disease and aging.


Even more fascinating was the discovery that our bodies can
regenerate at any age.

Diane Krause, MD, PhD, from Yale University discovered that
our own innate adult stem cells (cells that can turn into
any cell in the body from our bone marrow) could be
transformed into liver, bowel, lung, and skin cells. (ii)

This is a phenomenal breakthrough.

Here’s why.

It means that we have the power to create new cells and
renew our own organs and tissues at any age.

And how are these stem cells controlled?

You guessed it: the vagus nerve.

  For example, Theise et al. [5] have found that stems cells are directly connected to the vagus nerve.  Activating the vagus nerve can stimulate stem cells to produce new cells and repair and rebuild your own organs. 

So relaxation — a state of calm, peace, and stillness –
can activate the vagus nerve.

And the vagus nerve, in turn, activates your stem cells to
regenerate and renew your tissues and organs.


Scientists have even shown how meditation makes the brain
bigger and better.

They’ve mapped out the brain function of “professional
meditators” by bringing Tibetan lamas trained in
concentration and mental control into the laboratory.

The result? They found higher levels of gamma brain waves
and thicker brain cortexes (the areas associated with higher
brain function) in meditators. (iii)

Relaxation can have other powerful effects on our biology.

In biology, being a complex system that can adapt to its
environment and that is resilient and flexible is critical
to health.

The same is true for us.

The more complex and resilient we are, the healthier we are.

Take, for example, our heartbeat.

Its complexity is called heart rate variability (HRV) or
beat-to-beat variability. The more complex your HRV, the
healthier you are. The least complex heart rate is the
worst — a flat line.

So what does this have to do with relaxation?

The HRV is also controlled by the vagus nerve.

As you can see, turning on the relaxation response and
activating that vagus nerve is critical to health.

Activating the Vagus Nerve Will:
* Reduce inflammation
* Help regenerate your organs and cells by activating stem cells
* Increase your heart rate variability
* Thicken your brain (which normally shrinks with aging).
* Boost immune function
* Modulate your nervous system
* Reduce depression and stress
* Enhance performance
* Improve your quality of life

Not bad for just learning to chill out!


Elizabeth Blackburn, PhD, who discovered telomeres,
explained that, ultimately, they become so short that the
end of our DNA unravels and we can no longer replicate our
cells, so they die.

Remarkably, mental stress produces a more rapid shortening
of the telomeres — and leads to faster aging.

What’s even more remarkable?

In a study of caregivers of sick patients, the health of the
caregivers’ telomeres was determined by their attitude!

It sounds impossible, but it’s true.

The caregivers who felt the care to be a burden had shorter
telomeres, while those who saw their work as an opportunity
to be compassionate had no shortening. (iv)

Tthe Dalai Lama said that the seat of compassion
is actually biological and — necessary for survival.

Perhaps the development of compassion and wisdom in coping
with unfavorable life conditions is the true key to

It just may be that working to understand our true nature
through the cultivation of our minds and hearts with
positive practices like meditation or similar techniques is
critical to health and longevity.

The ways we can change our bodies through changing our minds
is not longer a theory.

There is a new scientific language to understand how the
qualities of the mind control the body through effects on
the vagus nerve, immune cells, stem cells, telomeres, DNA,
and more.

Remember, your body has all the resources and infinitely
adaptable systems to self-regulate, repair, regenerate, and

You simply have to learn how to work with your body, rather
than against it. Then you can have a healthy, thriving life
– and live out your full lifespan, which can be as high as
120+ years!
